Bookmaking
I created and hand bound my very own book. I decided on the “Secret Garden” because it is a classic children’s book. Children and adults can red and appreciate how, in this case, a garden made the difference in how people treat each other. Life-long friends were made and people became less self-centered and helped each other to enjoy life. I love to garden and “The Secret Garden” was the right book for me to publish.
I enjoyed learning about original methods of hand bookbinding and book restoration. Today’s technology cannot replace methods used in years past.
