The Month of September

A day playing golf.

September was a different month. My friends from home were going in all directions. Some went back to college and some went to new jobs in new locations. I returned to SLO to decorate my studio apartment and get ready for fall quarter. My old roommate contributed a lot to the two-bedroom, so it was up to me to find all items needed. A desk, small eating table with chairs, heater, kitchen equipment, and small random chairs were acquired from thrift stores.

There are two standouts for the month of September. First, I went to the theatre to see Les Miserable’s. Second, was a trip to Hearst Castle. Maria Shriver had just thrown her annual charity event. So, I got the scoop on who all attended and what they did there.

Summer ended and school began. Maybe I’ll have more “Jersey Shore” next year.
